Who am I and how can I help?

I’ve been a personal trainer for over 25 years, specializing in helping people move better, get stronger, and live without pain. My own journey through back problems and joint issues taught me firsthand how powerful the right kind of training can be.I work mostly with adults in their 40s and beyond—people who want to feel confident in their bodies again, reduce nagging pain, and regain strength that lasts. My approach is practical, science-based, and always personalized.Outside of training, I’m a dad, a lover of music (especially the Grateful Dead), and a big believer in enjoying the journey as much as the results.

Prefer to train at home? I’ll bring the workout to you.Whether it’s a condo gym, garage setup, or just enough room for a mat, we’ll make it work. I’ll bring the gear—TRX, bands, kettlebells, and more—and tailor each session to your space, goals, and comfort.You’ll get the same expert coaching, form feedback, and progressive plan as in my studio—no commute, no waiting for equipment.And yes, the playlist’s still yours—Spotify, your mix, or a classic vinyl vibe if you’re feeling old school.
